This review is solely for the salesman, Sam. My parents have either leased/trade in/purchase a Mercedes-Benz through Sam over the past 12 years. He gives the best price in town. I always helped dad with the research and find out the wholesale price for the cars he has in mind, and Sam always beats any other car dealership in Orange County and L.A. We have never dealt with his team of 3 assistants before, so I can't say much about them. But he has been the No. 1 salesman for many years in the nation for Mercedes, that must meant something. His service is excellent, even when I brought my mom's car in for service, and problems arise, he will make things work out the way I wanted it.

House of Imports is the best auto dealership in Southern California. Sam Hwang and his sales teams deserve 5 stars! They are very knowledgeable in what they do. They have great price and customer service is exceptional. The other thing that impressed me the most was: His team members personally delivered my floor mats and other accessories to my office. Just few days after I got my new car, I had a question about some parts in my car; Sam actually send out his team members to my house and make sure I am okay with my new car. Best service ever!
