My dad has been coming to House of Imports before I was even born, and since we've purchased our last 10+ Benz's from Sam, he ALWAYS hooks us up big-time. Customer service here is excellent - I'm always greeted promptly, offered water/tea/coffee, and whatever the reason I'm in for, I'm taken care of right away. When I came in for a new car, Sam even said he'd take care of all the paperwork before I came in to save me the hours and hours of busywork. Also, need I mention he's the nation's top seller of Benz's, selling the highest volume in cars several years in a row??? You can always negotiate with Sam - whether it's getting a better price, warranty, or having the first service waived. I would never go elsewhere to buy another car again!

One of the best Mercedes dealerships in So. Cali!!!  I had a great experience with the sales person (Violet Nalbadian), she was courteous, honest, straight forward, and very very helpful.  She answered all my questions, and went that extra mile to get me my beautiful, new E350!!!!!!!!  I would highly recommend her, and the dealership for your next dream MERCEDES BENZ~!

Matt Lerop (Service Advisor) was great in finding all the issues with my 2002 C230k, when I took it in for oil change. My car still have one month left on the Mercedes extended warantee, therefore, I didn't have to pay anthing for fixing the gas pan leak and etc...... I was afraid I only have one month left on my exended warrantee,and Memo Leon (Finance Manager) helped me with puchasing a Total Care from Easy Care Service Contract company for the peace of mind, at a great savings. Thank you both for the great customer service experience.

House of Imports is the best auto dealership in Southern California. Sam Hwang and his sales teams deserve 5 stars!  They are very knowledgeable in what they do.  They have great price and customer service is exceptional. The other thing that impressed me the most was: His team members personally delivered my floor mats and other accessories to my office.  Just few days after I got my new car, I had a question about some parts in my car; Sam actually send out his team members to my house and make sure I am okay with my new car. Best service ever!  A+++

Matt in the service department at House of Imports is by far the best service advisor I've dealt with at any dealership or repair shop. I've owned a mercedes since 2000 and have been up and down the entire state of CA. If you call matt tell him Jeff W. with the E500 referred you. I've worked with Matt to get rates and work done on my car that is more affordable than Jiffy Lube, Pep Boys, or any other mom and pop service place. For Instance I got my 4 wheel alignment done for $69.99. Matt is great on warranty work...he'll always get you the most out of your warranty. I love the service...no longer hunting down my advisor to get status on my car. I get a timely call and a timely return if I do call. Its also nice to have someone who is knowledgeable about the car as I am.

I've taken my 8 year old Mercedes to their service dept. few times in the last couple of years, and so far, my experiences have been great with the every visit. Especially, my service advisor, Mathew, has been very helpful in keeping my repair cost down as low as possible every time. I will continue to use their service dept as long as I own my current car.‎

I always wanted to have a flashy car and I decided to buy a mercedes. I shopped around at numerous places and found deals to be at Mercedes Benz House of Imports to be the best. In addition, the salesperson droped the price down for me tramendiously after a short burgain - so a word of warning - always bargain. I left with a car and more money in my pocket.

Brought my CLS to House of Imports after the horrible experiences @ Fletcher. Never any issues after getting the car back. Great service and always willing to help take care of any issues. Cost is very competitive with all local dealers for standard service. Willing to price match other dealers. Brake job on the ML500 was $1600 at Fletcher, Steven brought it down to $1100. =D‎
